The steps below are just for your Profile Update.

You are welcome. To submit your Personal Email, please follow the 2 steps below and you are done. Note: Kindly enter your personal email address in other_email field, provide or update other information under Extra Profile Information as shown in step 2 then click on Update Profile button to submit the updated information.

1. Click on the User Profile at the top right corner of the this page and Edit Profile as shown below

2. On the edit page, scroll down to the end of the page and fill in the data accordingly and please feel free to correct any wrong default information within the red box then Click on Update Profile button to submit as shown below.

Fill your Title, gender, Phone_no, deoartment, Unit, **other_email**

3. You are done after clicking on the Update Profile button. Thank you.

Information for Assistant Directors, Deputy Directors,

Directors and All Doctors

By management’s directives, Official Emails have been created for the above mentioned categories of staff.

To access your Official email from Assistant Director and above, please follow the steps below. Kindly read through all the steps before action.

1. Right-Click on Edit Profile at the top right of this page and open it on a new tab.

2 (a). On the Edit Profile page, scroll down to confirm your data and fill in missing information on Extra Profile Information section then hit the Update Profile button

(b). Email (required) has your official email address. Copy it.

3. Click here or Email icon on the main menu to paste or type in the copied Email Address and use your IPPIS No. as your default Password.

4. Once you are on your email box, you can change your password at your email profile.
